Developed by Don Hutcheson and Bob McDonald, Ph.D., and described in their book "The Lemming Conspiracy: How to Redirect Your Life from Stress to Balance", the program helps those who seek to tailor their career training and development based on a personalized plan.
The program is very useful for:
- High school students who are trying to choose a career/college focus
- Those of any age or stage who wish to align their career with their true selves, but are not sure which direction to take
- Individuals who are fighting for balance in the world of work. The program involves taking The Highlands Ability Battery where you will discover what comes naturally and easily to you.
It also includes strategic planning to look at your abilities, skills, interests, values, personality, family, vision and goals. With this information we can help you develop a plan that will meet your needs.
