Are you ready to make a change in your life so you can feel less stress and anxiety? Are you searching for more balance in your life? Psychotherapy can help you to sort things out and find the peace of mind you seek. I work with adults, children, couples and families. A focus of therapy is often the desire to have more satisfying relationships and to gain more insight into our interactions with others. I use a variety of strategies to teach tools clients can use in their daily lives; among these are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Stress Management & Relaxation, and EMDR.

My background includes over 20 years in the fields of Special Education, Autism Consulting, leading support groups for victims of domestic violence and working as a Child and Family therapist in community mental health agencies.
