Sharonne O'Shea, L.Ac.

Acorn Acupuncture

Acorn Acupuncture offers East Asian Medicine (acupressure, acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion and nutritional support) for lively people whose bodies are impeding them from living their fullest life. I help people attain greater ease and continue enjoying life.

Acupuncture is AMAZING medicine that takes into account a whole person, not just the piece/s that get in the way for want of TLC: the brave part/s that speak up to get your attention. Which fits well with my belief that, when it comes to bodies, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” isn’t applicable. Bodies are so adaptable it’s hard to know sometimes when things first start breaking down, the point when repairs are easiest to make. The shoulder gets injured so the neck muscles chip in and those of us who are busy living often blow right past that point until the body says, “no more.” And now the shoulder and the neck both need help. We do a lot but we can’t do it all as individuals. I like to collaborate. Do you?
